Our firm has been in the business of providing all types of Land Surveying services to private and public entities for 40 years. The Cities of Houston, Pasadena, La Porte, Galena Park, and surrounding municipalities have relied on our accurate and comprehensive services for decades. We have served the Oil and Gas Industries along the Houston Ship Channel, Airports and San Jacinto College. Farms and ranches and new neighborhoods have also employed the firm for surveying expertise and trusted technical expertise. Our services include courthouse research in addition to field research, and our expertise is established through experience in right-of-way and design surveys for roads, highways, flood control channels, construction layout surveys for buildings, roads, utilities, as-built surveys, parcel boundary surveys, FEMA flood mapping, aerial mapping control surveys for roads, highways, cell tower surveys, and GIS mapping. The firm also offers land planning services which include tract and parcel maps, lot line adjustments, zone changes and as well as variances. We practice conventional surveying and the establishment of GPS retrievable horizontal and vertical project control, in the field acquisition, with hardcopy and digital parcel drawings and metes and bounds descriptions. In addition to proven field expertise, the firm is equipped with a drone that can take aerial surveys.
